Shipping:
Shipping costs are calculated based on weight directly in the cart, and vary depending on the destination (Italy, EU and non-EU).
Right of withdrawal:
Within 14 days of receiving the goods, the customer can withdraw from the purchase, by communicating via email to info@nekojimastudios.com
The goods must be returned by the customer at his expense in the same condition in which they were received.
Once the goods have returned to our warehouse, having verified the conditions, the refund will be made.
Damaged material:
In the case of products arriving damaged, the customer has the right to a replacement if the product is available, if the product is not available, the customer has the right to a refund.
Any shipping costs are borne by Nekojima Studios.

Spedizioni:
Le spese di spedizione vengono calcolate in base al peso direttamente nel carrello, e variano a seconda della destinazione ( Italia, UE e Extra UE).
Diritto di recesso:
Entro 14 giorni dal ricevimento della merce il cliente può recedere dall’acquisto, con comunicazione via mail a info@nekojimastudios.com
La merce deve essere rispedita dal cliente a sue spese nelle stesse condizioni in cui è stata ricevuta.
Una volta che la merce sarà rientrata nel nostro magazzino, verificate le condizioni si effettuerà il rimborso.
Materiale danneggiato:
In caso di prodotti arrivati danneggiati il cliente ha diritto alla sostituzione se il prodotto è disponibile, se il prodotto non è disponibile il cliente ha diritto al rimborso.
Eventuali spese di spedizione sono a carico di Nekojima Studios.
