Trackable and non-trackable shipping methods are available, depending on the user&#8217;s preference. Shipments to the United States over 10g are exclusively DDP, meaning duties prepaid.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Right of withdrawal:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Within 14 days of receiving the goods, the customer can withdraw from the purchase, by communicating via email to info@nekojimastudios.com<br>The goods must be returned by the customer at his expense in the same condition in which they were received.<br>Once the goods have returned to our warehouse, having verified the conditions, the refund will be made.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Damaged material:<\/strong><br>In the case of products arriving damaged, the customer has the right to a replacement if the product is available, if the product is not available, the customer has the right to a refund.<br>Any shipping costs are borne by Nekojima Studios.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Italiano<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Spedizioni:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le spese di spedizione vengono calcolate in base al peso direttamente nel carrello, e variano a seconda della destinazione ( Italia, UE e Extra UE). Sono disponibili metodi di spedizione tracciabili e non tracciabili, a scelta dell&#8217;utente. Le spedizioni negli Stati Uniti sopra i 10 gr di peso sono esclusivamente DDP, ossia con dazi prepagati inclusi. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Diritto di recesso:<\/strong><br>Entro 14 giorni dal ricevimento della merce il cliente pu\u00f2 recedere dall\u2019acquisto, con comunicazione via mail a info@nekojimastudios.com<br>La merce deve essere rispedita dal cliente a sue spese nelle stesse condizioni in cui \u00e8 stata ricevuta.<br>Una volta che la merce sar\u00e0 rientrata nel nostro magazzino, verificate le condizioni si effettuer\u00e0 il rimborso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Materiale danneggiato:<\/strong><br>In caso di prodotti arrivati danneggiati il cliente ha diritto alla sostituzione se il prodotto \u00e8 disponibile, se il prodotto non \u00e8 disponibile il cliente ha diritto al rimborso.<br>Eventuali spese di spedizione sono a carico di Nekojima Studios.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p class=\"entry-excerpt\">Shipping: Shipping costs are calculated based on weight directly in your cart and vary depending on the destination (Italy, EU, and non-EU).
